Menopause - could someone make it pause?!

Essential oils could help...

General information.

There is a particularly large amount of information available on the internet about menopause, since the subject is very complex, but I will focus on what essential oils could help with.

The changes that women experience during perimenopause and menopause are life-changing.

As many of you experience firsthand, menopausal episodes are so visible, that many women would prefer to retreat into their own space both physically and emotionally, rather than taking on their day-to-day activities.

Most common complaints:

• Weight gain.

• Fluctuating emotions.

• Lack of sexual interest.

• Physical discomfort during sexual intercourse.

• Hot flashes.

• Night and day sweat episodes.

Really hard:

Although the emotional symptoms are severe, the physical symptoms are what overwhelm us in public. The following could make menopause very disturbing:

• The symptoms could be difficult to hide.

• You don't feel very delicate and feminine.

• You don’t feel in control of your body.

• It is very disturbing when people make jokes, and unsympathetic and personal comments.
