Meditation and essential oils.

Meditation is a complex subject, and it requires research to be able to talk about it, especially because it is mostly associated with eastern cultures and religions. Let's start by saying that even getting deeply engrossed in gardening, writing, painting, or music is healing - and can even be considered a form of meditation. One definition of meditation is being fully present in the moment. Oils that can help with calmness, balance and grounding: frankincense, vetiver, sandalwood, cedar.
